We make our rosé from young vines in the Vacqueyras terroir. Grenache and Syrah showcase their qualities of finesse and fruitiness.

GRAPE VARIETIES
Equal amounts of Grenache and Syrah. Fruitiness is the key trait here, and the chalky-clay soil imparts aromatic complexity.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are directly pressed, with both varieties fermented together, followed by aging in concrete.
