GRAPE VARIETIES
This red wine flows from young vines in the Vacqueyras terroir. Grenache and Syrah grapes showcase their qualities of finesse and fruitiness.
We deliberately downgrade 15% of our noble terroirs to make our Côtes-du-Rhône wines. Although the youngest of these vines are not yet 10 years old, the concept of terroir is still key in determining the final quality of the wines.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, destemmed, and gently pumped over to serve up a lush and supple wine whose core trait is the fruit’s aromatic complexity.
FOOD PAIRING
Fruity aromas and a subtle structure make this a complete wine that combines winningly from its first year with charcuterie and cooked vegetables – not forgetting grilled meats perfumed with Provencal herbs.
