The subtlety of Clairette
The elegance and freshness of Clairette are the hallmarks of this intimate cuvée, crafted with grapes from the Saffres terroir, which impart abundant personality.
A selection of the best bunches is gently pressed, and the juices are transferred to two three-wine 500-litre barrels and a Wineglobe. They undergo malolactic fermentation with no stirring, to preserve the subtle delicacy of this wonderful grape.
Just under 1,000 bottles are produced each year.
